Delivery Charges

Freight is calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

Purchasing a Bike Online

Orders are not available immediately for collection in store as your bike needs to be assembled for you. We will contact you about the timing for delivery or in store pick up.

How long does delivery take?

2-7 workings days delivery times are generally 2-4 working days. Please allow an extra 1-2 working days for rural delivery. During peak season, delivery times can be extended.

If your order hasn't turned up within the expected delivery time frame, we recommend calling the courier company on the tracking details emailed to you when your order was dispatched. If you're still having trouble, please give us a call at one of our stores.
