This is the second time I've used Cycle time to service my bikes, first one was a 20 year old (near vintage) specialized, and now my venge. Both times, price has been fair for services rendered, good customer service and communication.

Del and Daniel delivered a great overall service. First road bike I have purchased new in over 10 years. I got to test ride two different models to see which I would prefer the most and then placed my order. The bike was built up in a timely manner by Daniel and Del was great on the email communication. Had a fantastic experience buying a Specialised Turbo Levo comp about a week ago. Brian showed it to me one day and when I went back the next and bought it he set it up right away and I was rolling out the door happy us. Great knowledge and service and he even dropped off some stuff I forgot at my house later that day. Can’t say better than that 😃 loving the bike after 5 rides

I took my sons bike to Cycle Time for a service and some repairs and can't speak highly enough of the service we received. The bike was finished very promptly despite needing a couple of "hard to find" parts and the mechanic was happy to take time to talk though the work that had been done. They even set up the suspension pressures for us when we collected. Top draw service.

Cycletime is the best little bike shop in the west, although not that little. Dave and his team do a superb job and every one not only knows their job but carries it out to the best of their ability. If you want advice go there. If you want topshelf servicing go there. If you want honesty ( which is a bit rare these days ) go there.

I recently purchased a Sinch E-bike for my wife and a Specialized Levo for myself, after 50-odd years of not riding bikes.
Dave Spring and his team immediately impressed us as honest and straightforward, always ready to help answer any question. They are the total package - pre-sales advice, excellent product knowledge and very helpful in assisting decision-making. There was no hard-sell or upselling strategy here. Quite refreshing, really. We ended up with just what each of us wanted and are both delighted.
The after-sales service has been excellent too, and their prices & workshop charges are very reasonable.
You could waste a lot of time and effort shopping around but I suggest you don't look any further than Cycle Time. You won't be disappointed.
